The C.A.L.M SCHOOL™ program provides a variety of both in-school time and out-of-school time
K-12 educational programming, implementing a therapist-designed, evidence-based curriculum built around Social Emotional Learning (SEL),
Mindfulness & Sensory Movement.
Students learn fun, effective and
easy-to-implement SEL-based, movement and mindfulness strategies for managing stress, handling difficult emotions/anxiety, improving focus, gaining self-control & achieving optimal academic success!
We also provide professional development trainings for educators/school staff interested in learning how to easily and effectively implement mindful movement strategies into their classroom for optimal learning, behavior and student success!
