RE-STORE™ for UNDERSERVED ADULTS

Program Mission:

To restore hope, health and resilience to under-served adult populations who would not normally have access to beneficial practices such as Yoga, Qigong and Mindfulness.

YOGA-2-GO, LLC is passionate about making the mind/body/spirit healing benefits of yoga and other restorative practices available to ALL populations.

Our RE-STORE™ program combines trauma-informed restorative Yoga, Qigong and Mindfulness practices to help clients build resiliency on their path to healing. Through gentle exercises and breathing, clients experience decreased anxiety and stress, noticing a sense of inner calm and peace that many have not experienced in years. Clients gain invaluable self-awareness and mindfulness tools, learning to empower themselves and restore hope, health and resiliency.
