We are a pediatric therapist-owned and operated company that provides a variety of evidence-based enrichment programming to PreK-12 schools both in person and virtually throughout the country!
We teach students how to implement Yoga, Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and Mindfulness skills and tools....empowering them with the ability to successfully self-regulate, manage stressors, and navigate difficult emotions.
Founder/CEO, Amy M. Starkey, brings 23 years of school-based occupational therapy experience into every student session, as well as training as a Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist (CYMHS), a Certified Trauma Practitioner-Education (CTP-E), an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT200), Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT), Certified Level 1 Qigong Instructor (Qi1), HeartMathâ„¢ Clinician/Practitioner and SEL teacher certification through Northwestern University.
Our K-12 youth enrichment programming curriculum aligns with both Casel's 5 SEL Core Compentencies, helping students to develop the self-awareness, social awareness, and self-management skills needed for both personal and academic success throughout life!
Additionally, through our school, family and community partnerships, Yoga2Go, LLC programs contribute to the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework for Social/Emotional/Behavioral learning currently implemented in many school systems.
We also help educators provide academic and behavioral strategies for classroom support through our on-site and virtual staff professional development trainings which provide PD hours for educators as well as CEUs for occupational and physical therapists.
